Should you require home repairs or other necessary services, our team will grant access to trusted vendors, contractors, and delivery companies and also arrange to be present during the appointments for added peace of mind.  With client-approval, we are able to meet these individuals and facilitate entry into your home.

Additionally, we offer a key holding service for your unoccupied home or rental properties.   All keys are stored in a locked cabinet and your address is not put on the key tag. Instead, each key is assigned a unique code that only your home watch professional knows belongs to your property. Whether you need help accommodating guests or renters, or simply require a helping hand with repairs, we are here to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
