To request a Car Drive Service, the following conditions must be met:

1. Car Drive Authorization Form – Must be signed by the client.
2. Proof of Insurance – A copy of your current vehicle insurance is required.
3. Insurance Notification – It is the vehicle owner's responsibility to inform their insurance carrier about the Car Drive Service. Based on your policy requirements, you may need to add High Tide Home Watch Services as an additional insured party.
