Our new Customer Portal provides everything you need at your fingertips. Designed with ease of use in mind, it offers a streamlined, intuitive experience that makes accessing information and managing your account simple and efficient.

Through the Customer Portal, you can securely access your reports, view upcoming scheduled visits, review and pay invoices, notify us when you will be in residence, and communicate directly with our team—all from one convenient location.

Your digital reports will be delivered securely through the Customer Portal, giving you convenient access whenever you need them from your computer or mobile device. For added convenience, all reports will also be sent via email. If you prefer, we can send your reports by text message as well, providing quick and easy access from your mobile phone. 

Our company uses business management software provided by Home Watch IT.  The reports we send you are all professionally produced by us, using software that captures the location and the time and date that corresponds to the report’s creation.  You have infallible evidence that your home was visited should you ever have an insurance claim or other need.
