Allan and April Meeks are the dedicated husband-and-wife team behind High Tide Home Watch Services, a locally owned and operated business based in Port Charlotte, Florida. They bring a powerful combination of experience, professionalism, and heartfelt service to the Home Watch industry.

They proudly hold certification as Home Watch Reporters from the Home Watch Academy and maintain accreditation through the National Home Watch Association. Both organizations have conducted rigorous background checks, and Allan and April are fully insured and bonded, giving you confidence and peace of mind with every visit.

When they’re not out in the field checking homes, you’ll find April and Allan enjoying time with family, exploring the beautiful beaches of Southwest Florida, or supporting their local community. 

A Foundation Built on Experience

With more than 25 years of experience in pest control, Allan’s background includes detailed termite inspections for realtors and lenders, deep knowledge of construction and structural vulnerabilities, and a sharp eye for catching early signs of damage. He and April previously owned a successful pest control business in Indiana, known for outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Their desire to be more hands-on and personally involved in serving homeowners led them to Florida and to the Home Watch industry—where their skill sets and service-minded philosophy are a perfect match.
