They are certified Home Watch Reporters by the Home Watch Academy and members of the Home Watch Network. they are also proud to have undergone rigorous background checks by both the National Home Watch Association and Home Watch Network. They are fully insured and bonded and you can rest easy knowing that your home is in safe hands. They are committed to building long-lasting relationships with their clients  look forward to serving you.    

Allan Meeks, a seasoned professional in the pest control industry with over 25 years of experience, has founded High Tide Home Watch Services, a locally-owned and operated company in Port Charlotte, Florida. With his wife April, he owned and ran a reputable pest control business in Indiana for 15 years, where he conducted termite inspections for financial lenders and realtors. Allan's extensive knowledge of wood destroying insects, construction, and an exceptional eye for detail has enabled him to locate even the smallest irregularities before they turn into catastrophic damage. 

  April held a pest control license for over 15 years in Indiana while helping operate their business.  Allan and April's belief in putting customer service above everything else made their previous venture a success. Allan and April have a passion for serving others and providing excellent customer service. In the 90s, April lived in Venice, FL and always wanted to return. This is why they decided to sell their existing business and move to Southwest Florida to open up a new venture that would allow them to be more hands-on. They knew that the Home Watch industry would be the perfect fit for them. This led them to establish High Tide Home Watch Services, where they can help people and serve their clients with the utmost care and attention. 

They believe in transparency and do not charge any initial start-up fees for their services. They will only be charged for the visits that they make to your home for any of their services. They offer a wide range of services, including but not limited to: home watch, key-in & key holding, car drive, grocery delivery, emergency, concierge  and many more services. Serving all residential properties in Charlotte County, Sarasota County, and Lee County such as but not limited to Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Rotonda West, Manasota Key, Placida, North Port, Venice, Nokomis, Siesta Key, Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island.
