  Allan & April are a dedicated husband-and-wife team that takes pride in their National Home Watch Association accreditation and Home Watch Network-Your Home Watch Professionals membership.  They have also undergone rigorous background checks by both associations and received extensive education through the Home Watch Academy to become Certified Home Watch Reporters.  Allan, a seasoned professional in the pest control industry with over 25 years of experience, founded High Tide Home Watch Services, a locally owned and operated company in Port Charlotte, Florida.  Previously, Allan and April owned a reputable pest control business in Indiana for 15 years, where Allan conducted termite inspections for financial lenders and realtors. His extensive knowledge of wood-destroying insects, construction, and exceptional attention to detail enabled him to identify even the smallest irregularities before they escalated into significant damage. April also held a pest control license for over 15 years in Indiana while helping to manage their business. Their commitment to prioritizing customer service was a key factor in the success of their previous venture. With a passion for serving others and providing excellent customer care, the couple decided to sell their business and relocate to Southwest Florida, where they could take a more hands-on approach. April had lived in Venice, FL, in the 1990s and always dreamed of returning, which motivated them to enter the Home Watch industry—a perfect fit for their skills. Together, they established High Tide Home Watch Services, allowing them to assist clients with the utmost care and attention. Allan and April are committed to building long-lasting relationships with their clients and look forward to serving you.
