We service all residential properties. High Tide Home Watch Services upholds the highest quality of industry standards. Our basic home watch service uses the water zone home watch method. We will cycle the water in all your water zone areas, and check for leaks and includes a visual inspection of your home and property looking for obvious issues. We gather mail from your mailbox and packages left at your door and secure them safely inside your house, along. We provide a digital report that includes images, date, time and GPS coordinate on location after each visit and will communicate any issues observed to you immediately. Home watch services are essential, since so much can go wrong with an unoccupied home. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly services, or we can customize our services to meet your needs. Key-In Service
High Tide Home Watch Service offers key-in service. If you have a home repair that needs to be performed, don't worry we will let your contractor or vendor into your home to perform those services that you need. We can be available to meet and give access with client-approved to :

- We can also arrange to be present in the client’s home while services are being performed.
Drive Car Service
- Starting and driving your vehicle to keep the batteries charged and tires round.
- We will check and report poor battery turnover, fluid leaks, low tire inflation.
